Really? I wish man. But what makes you say
it will sell out so soon?

Well, let me ask you this Mike. Why are you
only selling 2000?

Well, because. There is only so much real estate
and JV Partners to work with. So to be most
effective for my buyers, I want to strictly
limit the number of users.

Oh, I see. Well, here is how I see it...
You saw Kern sell out 2000 units in a
few hours. And I sold over 2000 units
in under 8 hours.
Did you hear what I just said Mike? My
